How Teens KEEP Money By Understanding Credit And Debt

It's not only important to know how teens make money, it's equally important for teens to be able to KEEP some of their hard earned money. For that reason, it's vital for teens to understand money and credit - not just know how to make money or spend it for that matter.

You might want to read TheIndyChannell about how big credit card companies - not to mention the advertisers on MTV - use advertising to manipulate teens so that they'll spend more money and use credit card to do that.

We all know about slavery and why it's a bad thing. So why don't we outlaw credit cards when they have people slaving away at outrageous rates (like 35% interest if you get behind!).

Pay day loan operations are even worse... charging people 300% to 1000% interest over a year's time if you get behind and don't pay things off immediately.

Big Credit Card companies aren't in South Dakota because they're nice farmers who want to help you, they're in South Dakota because the state has no laws limiting how much they can charge you no matter how much that sucks you dry.

They want to lure you and entice you into debt and lifestyles that put money into their pockets forever ... alcohol, tobacco, credit cards all have the same goal... life long addicted customers who pay through the nose and can never free themselves.

And they're using MTV and anyway they can to lure you into their trap as much as any school yard pervert trying to lure you into their car!

That's why I say that not only do teens need to know how to MAKE MONEY, they need to know how to KEEP Money by not having clever advertisers suck them into the trap of debt.
